5. All the pretty stuff. Choosing the finishes that fit your design aesthetic really bring the personality to your home and make it feel like yours. We have a variety of packages to choose from or we can work with your designer on custom finishes to complete your dream home and reflect your personal style.
4. Building begins. The first three steps are fundamental in our process to get us to what sometimes feels like the first step – construction! Each of our building teams is comprised of skilled craftsman overseen by a certified foreman. Your personal project manager will check in with you twice a month with status reports and call you immediately if we ever encounter a setback, challenge, or need your input on a potential change.
3. Choose your floor plan. Once you know where Let Us Build It will be constructing your home, it’s time to decide which of our modern homes will best suit your family. With options for spacious open kitchens and living rooms, secluded home offices, outdoor living spaces, large laundry rooms with storage for organization and more, finding a floor plan to meet your needs and wants has never been easier.
